Profile Customization Content Border Query

Okay, so this controls the borders around the statistics areas, such as the Current Activity and Last Activity box.

However, when I refresh the page, after saving customization, it changes to white:

Perhaps you have some other custom CSS causing the issue. Try this on a totally default style - Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
