How to change/rename Months name

Hi guys,

in admincp >> Date and Time Options >> Format For Date, i am using

Expanded European Format (e.g., 25th January 1998): jS F Y


i need to translate the months name

i already changing the months name in admincp >> Phrases

but the one used in the forum, like in forumhome page, forumdisplay page, showthread page, and others is still not the translated name

so its looks like the one is used, is not in Phrases, but maybe in the php it self



please help, how to change/rename the month names, maybe using a plugin and str_replace, or another way
