Dear Customer Support,
What is happening with your e-mail customer support?
On February 7th I purchased these things from you:
> --- Professional Upgrade/Install @ 150.00 USD (VBF89BB5B6)
> --- vBulletin Facebook App @ 99.00 USD (VBF45970A8)
It's been several weeks now and no one has yet contacted me about my purchase.
I have e-mailed you MANY times to both sales@vbulletin.com and customercare@vbulletin.com but no one has replied to a single e-mail.
When will you help me install the vBulletin Facebook App and upgrade my forums to the latest version?
