how to add adsense in first and second posts of each page of the thread?

Hi! i need some help in adding adsense codes to my site, i want to add place adsense ads in first and second posts of every single page, just like implemented in the link below:

Did you get the ad to display on the left side of post, (in first post) like the example
you provided.

The example forum is a 3x version and is coded different than 4x version

What version is your forum?
