Big probleme with the time !

hello , i want someone to help , my hours in my forum give 1hours + 50 minutes more than real !

i live in france , i have all good configurate ! look at screens:

Is it normal !

it's 23 PM and 19 minutes here ! why it give this?

vBulletin gets it's time from the server. Check your actual server time.
