Otherwise you might try searching vB.org free styles for 3.8.x (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=237) - there are close to 400 skins shared = you may find what you need there. I seriously doubt anyone will be designing you a custom skin for free though :)
