Buttons for loading pictures from computer gone??

I made a post on my forum and tried uploading pictures from my computer however when I go to the option to upload an image from My Computer. There are no buttons to actually upload the picture. I can browse and find it but cant upload.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Ok so I found the issue to be in my personal settings for my username. Under General Settings I had "Enhanced Attachment Uploading" turned to OFF.

Now I am worried that by default my forum may be turning this off for new people who register. Is there anyway I can confirm that by default this option is ON?

You can always register a new user and see.
