Removing Icons from the WYSIWYG

Hello,
I'm looking for the file(s) that have the code in them that show the buttons on the WYSIWYG

Could someone point me in the right direction please ?

thank you for your reply, yes I cannot seem to find it
All my mods are disabled and its from a back up from a few years ago and I cannot remember how or where I added the button to the WYSIWYG as there is no BB Code in AdminCP set.
I'm thinking its left behind some code when I uninstalled a mod.

Any other Ideas ( Screenshot for more of an explanation)

Right click on it to get the properties, this might give you some idea of what script is generating it.
