Working on Sectional Mod and Global Mod CP's

At the moment I managed to make 2 different Moderator CP's

One for Global Moderators (Also known as Super Moderators)
Another for Sectional Moderators (Also known as regular Moderators)

So far I got this:

NOTE: This is not somekind of plugin addon! You will add, delete and edit something for this. Tutorial will be released as soon as I'm done.
