Image With a link inside a widget

I am trying to add an image inside of a widget and when someone click on that widget/image it send them into another page (this one (http://www.droidknows.com/sendmessage.php)).

It would make easy on me to receive tips from my members. Is it possible to do that?

I tried and didn't work, on the widget only shows the codes I typed, what did I do wrong? :-)
