limit post and thread amount within a certain time based on user group

I am looking for a mod to limit post and thread amount within a certain time based on user group.

I find some for 3.x. Did any one know one for 4.1.3?

I did try those those mods before.

However, I need to be able to set limit based on usergroup.

For example, usergroup A can only post maximum 2 thread every day. Group B can only post maximum 10 thread every day.

Is there a mods for that?
