I keep getting this page:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admincpanel/prefix.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I can access the prefix, I've made a prefix set, but when I make the prefix's in the set, it comes up with that page on creation... How do I fix this?
Change that, I can make prefix's, but it's not letting me use HTML in the rich text..
Hmm...maybe check the file permissions of that file and make sure it's the same as the other ones you can access.

It's the same.. I even allowed "execute", but still nothing. This is the only thing that is giving me problems.. and It's kind of really needed.. Is there another way I can add the prefix's to the set?
It's only the rich text that's giving me the problems.. It's allowing me to enter something without HTML, but once I go to use HTML, it gives me the "Forbidden"..

That is a server error. You should ask your host about it.

Is there anyway to manually make the Prefixes?

Well, you could look at the code and see what has to be done. However, I would not recommend that. I think you would have a couple of tables to edit and many phrases to add.
Is there some reason you don't want to ask your host to fix the issue?

I don't have time for ups and downs, I guess I'll do with-out for now. I have more important things to worry about than a forum prefix. It wont be long till I upgrade my server anyway...
Do you by any chance run some spam blocker software like zbblock? We were running that for a while but had to stop because it had problems with some legit requests, like if they contained special html chars (like maybe your "rich text" prefixes).

Can you please post exactly what you have written in the 'rich text' ie HTML part of the prefix please?
