Email notification when there is a new post/reply

I am looking for a mod (4.X) where we Admin can set that notification email shall be sent to to user who created, posted, replied in a thread.

Thanks in advancethis is an integral part of vbulletin, although the user has control over whether they subscribe to a thread/forum or not :)
