Invalid Redirect URL

I just opened another forum with all new files and a clean cpanel.. but everytime i log in i get this --Invalid Redirect URL-- can someone plz explain or help me figure this out? thanks guys

This happens when you have more than one domain name to access your site, like mysite.com and www.mysite.com. You should create a .htaccess to redirect all requests from one domain to the other.
