Looks like you're missing files, or you have an all white style applied to your adminCP.

Also, if you upgraded, something didn't go right, your screenshot shows version 3.8.7. Try reuploading all files and upgrading again.

Sir its ERROR showing still MYSQL dumper is total showing white not working

There isn't anything we can do without the actual error, and I have no clue what MYSQL dumper is.
