Forum Ads banner gone after I upgrade skin. Pls help.

Hi can any expert enlighten me as my forum ad banner can't seems to re-activate after I changed a new skin.

I tried to delete and add new ad but still unable to make the ad appear in my nav bar.

Can someone pls help if you know how to activate the ad banner back?
