How can you organize the post icons area?

With many post icons to choose from, we'd like to create either a dropdown or a javascript setup to be able to have the post icons nice and organized and sorted.

Are there any options to do that now?

No, there is no option to do that right now.

Such a shame. I hope someone can come up with a template modification such as the one that was out for 3.5.4 and apply it to the 4.x versions of vBulletin
