I was wondering if theres a mod which makes it so when you infract a user, it says at the post something like User has received a infraction.

You mean when you infract for a specific post it adds something to that post? I've never seen anything like that.

Not sure it would do us much good anyway since we tend to discuss reported posts for a while first, so nobody would see an edit in the older post.
