is VB.com support team slow? I send them 2 tickets and it's been three days but no reply.

Do you have an active license?
Their support team is active; their response time is usually no more than 3 hours.

Perhaps, although I've never, ever known any of them to flat out ignore someone. Check your tickets Monday and I bet you'll see a reply ;).

No, we are not dead and there are no tickets that have been left unanswered in the queue. I see replies to your last 3 tickets. I suggest you make sure your email is not sending any replies to the junk mail folder.
