need help with code modification

Hi,
I am looking for someone who is willing to assist with some or all of the following issues which apparently require some code modifications:

When setting User Profile fields:

1 - Add another DOB field (with a calendar to choose from and an option to show an exact date or just age)

2 - In the "Referrer" field, a new user doesn't always know the USERNAME of his referrer. How can I enable registrants to enter a name instead?

3 - Highlight the "must" fields, by adding a small asterisk or coloring them in a different color.

4 - Remove the DTS option from the Time Zone.

This is for an important cause. Any help will be appreciated.

Just FYI - it's sometimes easier to get answers to specific single questions. As I just did, when someone can't answer ALL your questions they just move on.

Also read the manual and do some searches at vb.com. It's relatively easy to add extra fields to profiles, but don't get hung up on fancy things like calendar pickers and removing DST.
