I do this is on vbb 4.1.4 skin, but it may work fine with version 4.1.x (not recommended for 4.0.x).

Skin is relatively simple, low-key image using the css, but I think the colors are not harmonious, hope you see the demo below and comment.

Skin has two versions of the Full and Lite, Full version comes with background, while the Lite version has no background. You can see demo for better understanding of skin.

please remove my style (General Forums Blue) from your site, you did not ask my permission and I can't pm you so this is the best I can do.

Next time please ask the owner before taking their styles and sharing them on your site, I probably would have said yes. ;)
