Where in the CP can we delete a user/member

I have searched vB4's control panel, and put in a search on this forum "delete user" and have found nothing to answer my question:

Can we delete a user? I know we can ban a user. I want to delete a user and don't see anyway to do that. By deleting, it would presumably free up that user name and remove their posts.

I'm sorry if this is covered in the forum already and I can't find it.

AdminCP > Users > Search for User > then find and edit the user and delete them

Just to elaborate on that a little, in the users profile in the ACP hit the dropdown at the top.
