Display infraction in memberinfo

I was looking for mod but I cannot find. I would like to display infractions in memberinfo for all user. I was looking for condition, which is responsible for displaying this in memberinfo but I cannot find. Could you please give me clue where I can find it? Now this info is visible for groups which have "can add/reveres infraction". I would like to add condition "can see infractions".

same here but if it's possible to show the infractions tab only to the user that received the infractions
