Avatar URL image.php doesnt work

HellO how can i get the URL of an Avatar i tried it with the image.php file but my installation doesnt contain this file.

Unfortunely i posted this post to vb4 version in this Forum.

I Got the answer that i have to lOok into the Template showgroupsbit but i didnt find a solution to get the profile pic

I wdote a cakephp Projekt and i got the userinformations but ididnt get THW profile pic

All vbulletin installations include the image.php file. If you don't have one, then you should redownload your vbulletin package and upload the file to your site.

Is this supposed to be in the vB3 or vB4 forum?
