Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then go to the profile page using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Not the same, but it causes the side column to move down when i open it.
About the way, why are the profile blocks arranged that way and not normally?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

I don't know what you mean about the profile blocks arranged "that way and not normally". A link to actually see a live profile page here would help.

You need to disable ALL mods AND view it in the default style and see if it works then.

I guess I misunderstood then - when you said you disabled "some" mods, I thought you literally meant you just picked some to disable instead of disabling them all.

Can you please make the default style that you created in post 2 pickable so we can see what is going on.

Okay it's fixing the problem when I change it to default vB style, but the side column still moves down.

Like I said before, I need to be able to see this in the default style. I cannot help otherwise.

That still shows me the regular style. You need to allow users to change styles and make the default style selectable.

Do you still have this same problem if you use the English/LTR language?

No...

I can see that there is something messed up in your page. I set up my test site like yours - rtl - and just cannot duplicate this at all. Are you sure all your mods are off and that is a totally default style? And have you verified all your files are default in maintenance > diagnostics > suspect file version? It seems related to your Visitor Messaging. If it's on, you have problems, otherwise the page is fine.

I don't understand what are you talking about with those "suspect files"...
When the system works with English language, the visitor messages works good, even without the default style.

Suspect File Version will check to make sure you are using all default files.
