Rotating Banner System Not Showing

I installed the Rotating Banner System v. 2.3.1. It appears to be installed correctly; the Banner System section appears within the admincp. I have the banners 'enabled'. My issue is no banners are showing on the forum anywhere! I am running version 4.1.1. Thanks
