Change Font Type Globally.?

I have a new skin installed, & want to change the font throughout the entire skin.. Currently it uses georgia or something too curvy/fancy looking. :)

Does this (no response) mean there is no global setting for fonts.?

Is this in the wrong place to ask this type of question or is it too difficult of a question to answer in a simple way, or..?

I really need to change the font, & i'd like to know if there is a shorter way than just going thru & changing it in stylevars for every single section.
