Skin Problem

Hello there.

I seem to have a problem with my current skin. Now, i'm not good with skins at all and I had this skin created by a company called Moozla. They haven't been able to resolve the problem which only appears in Internet Explorer.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

if you've seen increasing and / or reducing the display resolution of the problem worsens or alleviates? I say this because if there are differences in the change in solving some definition in your CSS is defined by percentage and not pixels.
