I don't know what you mean, but I suggest you read the documentation on the CMS here - vBulletin CMS (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/vbulletin_cms) and here - How To: CMS (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/content.php/151-How-To-CMS)

In the Documentation is talks about the widget manager, but it does not tell me where it is?
How do i find it, i just want to change the layout of the widgets on my vbulletin home page...
Thanks
Alex

If you don't have a CMS area in your admincp, then either you have the CMS diabled or you are logged in as an admin that doesn't have permission to view it. (I'm assuming you have the Suite and not the Forum product.)
