Can someone explain to me what this does? :confused:

Is this a user to user message system, or simply a global message which shows up for all users etc.?

The demo page is all in some other language than English and I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking at ...

Pretty vague, although perhaps it's just me who doesn't understand it. :D

Timer does not work, but you can click within the msg box itself to close it. It would be nice if the timer actually made it go away though.

but Arabic text is not encoded correctly, it's displayed as unreadable text !

It doesn't seem to work for me... I've uploaded the content, activated the plugin, and enabled it in the settings. I've tried different HTML code, tweaked the settings, and tried in 3 different browsers. Any idea what could cause it not to show up? Running VB v4.1.1

I will use this when other criteria is added such as "Only appears 1 time in x hours". This is a great addon for sites using voting systems or if you just want to remind users of something.
