It looks like your db user hasn''t the permission to execute the INSERT command at the db that he is assigned to. You can change that at the MySQL area at the CP of your host by granting the db user full permissions/access to the db. Failed that you can run this query to do it manually:
GRANT *
ON dbname.*
TO dbuser@"%"
identified by "dbpassword";
And replace the dbname, dbuser and dbpassword according with your own db name, db user and db password. The asteric appended tot eh db name will replace the entire list of tables where the sql command can take affect and the % symbol replaces the list of all hosts in the known world. That will work 100%. I have used in on several occasions and it has never failed me. Hope it helps you as well.

You should go at the MySQL area and there you can assign the db user the permissions and access to the db that he is assigned to.

A quick search on vb.com on 'cpsession' leads me to ask if you have any mods like vbseo installed. If so, you need to take the problem over there.

It's clearly a permissions error.
