I need help to add into user profile

Is it possible to add some code to show how many attachments a user has downloaded, see image as to where I mean.

Sure it's possible. But, first you would have to write the code to keep track of the number of attachments a user has downloaded because it is currently not a stat that vbulletin keeps track of.
