Issues with tournaments and ladders products

i am currently attempting to use a Tournaments and Ladders product. I do believe I have installed everything correctly but nothing is showing up. No links no options in the Admin CP.

What could i be doing wrong?

Uploaded everything in my FTP putting in my Public_Html
Each thing in the proper folders

Hard to know what you are doing wrong since there is no link to forum or page you are having issue with.
