View Full Version : PM Box Full/Nearly Full Warning

Does anyone know if there is a mod, or a way of getting the PM box warning back that we used to have in 3.8? As in VB4 there is now no warning of your PM box getting near to or reaching it's limit only when people try and send you PM's and they can't

Anyone got a solution to this?

A member just lamented this in a thread, and asked if there wasn't a warning in vb3. I didn't know what to tell him since I never let my box get full.

I am unaware of a mod that does this in vb4 yet.

Hello in VB4, you can always create one or more alert through the notices manager using the options User's private message storage is between % and % full

admincp - notices - add new noticeThanks for reminding me about that. In fact, I had created just such a notice ages ago and I see it's still active. But how the heck am I supposed to test such a beast? I had just sort of assumed it was working, but now I'm not so sure.
