New Thread Width

Width of the forum is 966, width of new thread is 750. I can't find where to change the 750? I want to widen it.

There are actually several instances where the width isn't as wide as I'd like to be (new thread, vbulletin msg/not logged in, etc), is there one place to fix them all?
