Certain Phrases only work on certain pages?

How come certain vbphrases only work on certain pages? How can i get these to load on all pages?

Fetching all phrases for every page would add a ton of extra overhead when only a small x% of phrases are used in a specific page, so I don't think you want to do that.

Every script has a special $phrasegroups array which tells the database which groups are needed.

What exactly is your problem?
