Merchandise Storefront?

Hey guys. I was wondering if there's a hack out there that would allow me to create a storefront to sell merchandise (tshirts, coffee mugs, bumper stickers, etc.) and could be linked to my paypal account. I would like the store to be a separate page on my navbar as well.

Something like this would be great:

I belive there was one for the 3.x vB and should have a 4.x version.
Its called Cartplog I think. Try a search on this site
