When some users log in, including myself, we log in, says thank you for logging in, but takes us back to forum index as if we aren't logged in

this is making our site hard to use and hard to grow... someone please help

can someone direct me somewhere where I can get some type of support?

Asked at .com and .org now. and relatively new to the forum world and right now this has to be the worst service anyone could possibly get?

i would check your cookie settings and make sure they are correct. That is the only thing is sounds like to me but without an example it is hard to help. I am shock .com could not figure this out quickly for you.
