New Threads & Post subscriptions not working?

I do not know what I did, but before whenever there was a new post or new thread, an email was sent, and now, it is only sending updates once a day.

What did I change to mess this up? Any help would be grately appreciated....

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but:

UserCP -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode -> set to "Instant Notification"

I will check that and see if it works. Maybe the user who is wondering why it stopped working changed that setting....
