javascript drop down

Hey all,
I have a script that allows a javascript drop down - however what I am attempting to do is get it to appear at the very top of the page like on this website: http://sportgfx.com/
however it requires you to put codes in header/ body/ etc etc

If anyone can help me get the same result as the website listed above it would be greatly appreciated.

it prob would be in the header with some in the headerinclude

without seening the code its hard to say

Yeah it would be in the header/headerinclude It is like the wootheme (or is it yootheme?..one of those 2 haha) style dropdown.
