At the footer of the forum, it shows

All times are GMT +8. The time now is 17:54.

In the ACP>Options>Date and Time Options, it shows

Default Time Zone Offset (GMT+7.00)Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta

How do I adjust the time at the footer ?

Enable Daylight Savings is set to No

Try joining as a guest, what does it shows in the footer?

It might be saved as GMT +8 for you before you changed it to GMT +7 for the Forum.

if that is the case for your username + all members then this SQL command will change it to GMT +7 for all your current members

UPDATE user SET `timezoneoffset` = 7

don't forget to use the prefix in front of 'user' if your forum uses prefixes.
Always a good idea to Backup your table /database before you make such a change.

Cheers.

Or you can user set it in your usercp.

UserCP > Edit Options

If DST is currently on for your timezone, set it to Yes.

All are showing GMT +7

Problem is not with your board, check your browser settings.

Never heard of your net connection setting time.

There are atleast maybe 2-5 places change your timezone.

Options > Date & Time > For guests and newly regiestered users
Edit options > Time Zone - For registered users

Others, i wouldn't know.

Also make sure if the DST is currently on or off in the Admin CP users profiles. Having that not set properly when they register will make the time off an hour for the user who didn't set it.

only Safari is showing the wrong time
Opera, Chromium, Avant all showing the correct time
DST is off in the ACP

Is DST on for your area? If it is, set the setting to on and see what that does for you.

Remember when your logged in it shows your settings for when you registered and when your viewing as a guest its different.

The setting I am referring to is not for unregistered users. It is for new users when they register.
