Just started a website

Just started a website www.cougarrevolution.com using vb4 but none of my icons are appearing. Any reason as to why? All files in the upload folder were uploaded and the do not upload ones were not. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Did you check on the server to make sure the images are where they are supposed to be?

I think there seems to be files missing, becasue I also cant get into the admin cp. I downloaded everything from vbulletin. I think I will try an older version of the software.
