auto add poll to new thread

How can I automatically add a simple poll to all new threads in one specific forum?

The poll would be a simple one with only two options - Yes/No
The poll should not be editable by the member posting

I've never seen any mod like that. Besides, since we still can't change votes in polls I can't imagine it would be very useful.

Not really concerned with changing votes. We have a very small number of users. Still interested if anyone wants to take on the challenge. Would pay for it.
