Looking for some help on how to add a new location to the ad selector, see picture.

Im just looking for where to edit, I dont need someone to do for me. Is there a template where this would be I can find it? How does one get a response on this forum? Did I piss someone off, is there a black list. :eek: The only time I get a response on the is forum is when I am offering money!! Sorry very frustrated!
