How Has He Added These to main menu nav bar

How is this done, is it a plugin , any advice appreciated

The arcade and banned tabs I think are aded by plugins. Search for Arcade and Banned members log at the mod section. There are also a few mods and articles about adding custom tabs at the navbar. You might want to check those sections to see how it is done.

I don't actually specifically want those options in the nav bar, I'm really after advice on how to add anything to it , especially stuff that's not speciifcally part of VBulletin.
