Usergroup permission help for posting please!

How can I set for this to happen with specific forums that I designate?

Only user creating thread can view his/her own thread and make replies to it, as well as have usergroups (specifically super moderators and administrators) be able to view their threads as well and of course moderate.

That can be done by setting the appropriate forum permissions.
