Any way to have enable Vbulletin notification when a friend uploads new album?

Just like the question says. I guess something similar to how Facebook shows you when someone you are friends with uploads a new album.

I'm just looking to get a notification, just like how when someone comments on one of your pictures it shows up as a notification in the upper right hand corner under "notifications".

Does something like this exist? Thank you in advance.
