Any way to make Calendar feature more exclusive???

Hey guys I see in the Mod Forum there is the event calendar and RSVP script for the Calendar, however is there any way to make the calendar more exclusive?

I am looking for a mod that allows people to restrict who they are inviting to events (ie. friends, certain group etc) as opposed to every event getting posted on everyone's calendar.

Does anyone have anything like this? Seems to me it should be a standard feature? Thanks in advance.

I would be happy with just a mod to create a calendar for each social group added and then allow only those of the group to view / add to it.

That with the RSVP mod (Farcaster's Event Attendance) will allow use to stop using MEETUP.COM

If nothing like this exists, I may attempt to write one in the future... but does anyone know where this is or know a developer who wants to do this on the cheap?
