In the style options, I opened a 982px wide table at the very top of the header then closed it at the very bottom of the footer. This is so I could put the .page class width to 100% an have a manual side column on the showthread page.
But the replies and footer are starting after this table on just the showthread for my reviews template.

Any ideas? I find this very strange!

No worries... magically fixed it =S
