Hello, I need to make modifications in the file vbulletin_quick_reply.js (I need to add functionality for instant quoting text selection) but this (and all other files) compressed - all whitespace deleted so it's impossible to work with it.

So the subject is - where I can get uncompressed JS files. And how did vBulletin team compress them (for I know the way how to compress it after my modifications)?

I have been wondering the same. How ever I make a new javascript file and include it just above the head via a plugin and do it that way. I do not if you can override the javascript or what I haven't tried to do that.

You can download vbulletin with the uncompressed versions from the members area, its one of the options (if you choose more options).
